I've been really enjoying the theory lessons so far and getting to grips with music theory and modes with exercises to get a feel for all the modes. It has been a case of lots of boxes ticked all at once for me- as I'm starting to feel for some of my limitations (and possibilities for progress) on the guitar and also working on songwriting skills too (which I also was keen to develop). Very much enjoying everything- thanks Christos!

He has experience in lots of genres of music, which means he comes up with ideas I never would have considered on my own, and he has gotten me to think about my music in new ways that purely classical teachers have not. And he just gives great advice all around, and is a very friendly guy too!

Christos taught my daughter for a couple of months by now. Christos teach my daughter music theory (chords, major/minor scales etc.). I am happy with Christos' organisation of the class. Christos also responses quickly about questions. Just had a discussion with Christos about exam preparation as my daughter needs to sit in exam next year and I am looking forward to future lessons.

I have been studying music production with Christos for about two and a half months now. I didn't start as a complete beginner but I did find a lot of self-teaching material online assumes a huge amount of knowledge already, which I didn't always have. Either that or it was aimed at a complete beginner, which I was not.
Christos is very knowledgable and clear. I understand each tool in Logic much better (and because I understand what each thing does I'm sure this knowledge is transferable to other DAWs). Each lesson he focuses on teaching me a few new techniques, as well as giving me feedback on what I have worked on in the week and answering any questions I had while working that week, then gives suggestions for homework. He also will make example edits to my projects and send the project files back so I can see what he's doing in detail, and will bounce specific sections we want to listen more carefully to.
Since working with Christos on music production I feel much more confident about my music production & mastering (up to being able to use it as a metaphor when I've learned about other processes - thinking to myself "oh this is just like in production where we do this then this then this"). I've also been able to listen back to my favourite musicians and appreciate them anew, now that I'm listening more like a producer and noticing and thinking about the component parts. (And I have wanted to look up the producers! And been excited to find producers who worked on one of my favourite albums cropping up in other favourite albums.)
The best thing about Christos's lessons is his passion for music. He explains things so well and I always leave the lesson excited to create. He is very knowledgeable about music production and is giving me the freedom and encouragement to develop my own sound. 10/10 would recommend!

Great tutor but online tuition doesn’t work for me.
It took us time to find the right teacher as we needed a professional musician to take my son to the next level, and we're so happy to have found Christos! My 11 year old is quite creative and plays at an advanced level. He finds Christos very inspiring and comes out of the lessons extremely energised and enthusiastic which, to me, says it all. Christos is very knowledgeable and my son enjoys discovering with him new genres of music that he hasn't learnt before, new scales/theory, as well as new metal/rock songs which are his first love. Christos uses Skype very efficiently. At the start we weren't sure that online lessons will work but we gave it a shot and actually we're very impressed with the amount of work that Christos does with my son every week and having all the instructions and tracks in the Skype chat box helps a lot for the practising between the lessons.
Christos makes learning easily accessible and challenging at the same time. He has amazing knowledge and is able to translate it into a positive learning experience. In addition, Christos has a positive energy so our lessons are fun and well-paced.
