My son really benefitted from her one to one personalised teaching approach and did really well in his exams and is now in university. Caroline has been supporting my daughter, Eve, since the beginning of Year 10 with maths and science subjects. Eve has found Caroline to be really approachable and supportive in lessons which Eve has found reassuring. Eve tells us that she likes working with Caroline, which is the most important thing. She is able to work at her own pace with Caroline and so Eve's confidence has improved, especially in Maths, the subject she worries about the most. As Eve is now finishing Year 11, Caroline has been really flexible in the topics she covers. Eve knows that if she needs further practice on an area from school, she can go over this with Caroline to help it make sense. Having the 1:1 support has been really beneficial for Eve and we are so glad that we chose Caroline.

Caroline is a brilliant science teacher. We approached her last year during the last term, just before the GCSEs, when my son realised that he was not sufficiently prepared for his Combined Science exams. Caroline was very organised and always well prepared for the lessons. She was patient and kind, guiding my son through the topics and making sure that he understood everything she explained. She really knows how to get the best out of her students. My son achieved As in all three sciences thanks to Caroline. What I appreciated most as a parent was that she would send me a message after each lesson to update me on his progress and let me know what he needed to do to improve.

Caroline has been helping my son in gcse science for the past year and has been professional and lovely to work with. She also gives regular feedback and is genuinely interested in his progress. Caroline was very attentive and my son felt he improved each lesson which is the main feedback. She was accommodating to and changes or additional lessons and managed to fit us in last minute. I would truly recommend her as a tutor.

Highly recommend Caroline. My son was not enjoying science lessons at school due to gaps in the knowledge across the topics. After few sessions, his grades have significantly improved and he has gone from the struggling student to one of the top in his class, and enjoying the school lessons now.

Caroline tries her best to do preparation before the lesson but seems not to have any improvement.

We approached Caroline late in March for a last minute GCSE help in physics and biology for my Y11 son. From the start Caroline was very efficient and professional explaining how she works, timing that she can do, considering we live in Dubai. My son said she is a fantastic science teacher. She explained the topics he was struggling with, did lots of practicals, went through many past papers and gave him advice on exam technique. I particularly liked that she sent me a feedback after every lesson. My son went to both science exams more confident and with no doubt he will get better grades than what he got in his mock exams. I think she has not enough or has forgotten some area of the science knowledge of GCSE. She has taught wrongly on some questions that surprised my son.

Although Caroline is a pleasant teacher, my daughter did not find her suitable. The lesson was not made interesting enough and probably a bit too slow paced, therefore she found herself switching off quite a bit, which is not the purpose of additional tuition.

Caroline is tutoring my daughters science & maths and they both find her really patient, attentive & helpful and are enjoying the focussed lessons with her. My eldest daughter in year 11, is really benefiting from the extra revision & help with exam technique for her GCSE’s.
