Rebecca has tutored me for the past 6 months on A Level English Literature, she has been extremely helpful in boosting my understanding and confidence in answering essays on both Hamlet and Keats. I know feel confident for my A levels! She has also been extremely reliable throughout and helpful with anything I have needed including my coursework. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Rebecca has been tutoring our son for about 6 months now, we have seen a vast improvement in both his English Language and English Literature scores. She teaches with great calmness and encourages the student with positive comments which makes them dig deep and give of their best.

Rebecca quickly developed a good rapport with my son. He found her sessions very helpful and enjoyable. Rebecca focused on the areas where my son felt he had gaps in his knowledge. In particular he found her feedback insightful. I would definitely recommend Rebecca as an English tutor.

I had quick responses for my enquiries from Rebecca for tutoring arrangements. Tuition however did not take place as was informed by tutor the day we were due to start that she will be moving away from area.

Unfortunately this was due to circumstances beyond my control and as soon as I found out I let Rohey know. I offered tuition until we moved and then to do the last few sessions via online but understand this is not always suitable. I also offered to refund the fee paid to First Tutors. This was also not the day tuition was due to start as I had arranged a pre-meeting and lesson earlier in the week. However, Rohey texted me at the time I was expecting to start saying that she was late and arrived 25 minutes later. This meant we did not have time for the hour tutoring and a half hour meeting so Rohey said she’d only go ahead with the meeting and reschedule the tutoring, which I managed to do for later in the week. Obviously I understand the inconvenience but as stated, this was due to circumstances beyond my control.
Thanks for getting back so promptly and being flexible in arranging his first lesson.
We've had two sessions so far and have been extremely pleased with the quality of teaching that Rebecca provides.
my son enjoyed his first session with Rebecca although he was disappointed that it was only 5 minutes long - when i told him that it had been an hour as planned he was amazed as he had enjoyed it so much and the time had flown by!!
