Hi there. I'm Mark and have been tutoring in person and online for around a decade.

I have over a quarter of a century of experience teaching GCSE in all three sciences and A-level physics across two exam boards. I have worked full time in three schools ranging from a struggling inner city comprehensive to one of the most successful state schools in the North. I am currently an examiner in physics and chemistry for OCR, Cambridge IGCSE and Edexcel. I have successfully tutored in all sciences at all levels of GCSE and A-level physics. I have tutored AQA, OCR and Edexcel at GCSE level and those three plus WJEC at A-level.

I firmly believe that the best way to become an expert at anything is to do that thing repeatedly. Therefore I base all my tutoring around past exam questions with diversions into theory whenever necessary. I am encouraging without being judgemental and enjoy a "working together to solve problems" approach.
