Kam has been excellent, psychology is a really challenging subject but Kam has given my daughter real direction and she’s become more confident within the topic. It’s been hugely beneficial for her.

Kam has been tutoring my daughter A-level Psychology for the past 6 weeks, and he is a fantastic tutor. He is very knowledgeable on the subject covering the A-level syllabus and goes above and beyond. He also covers any unique personalised Psychology questions my daughter feels she needs help with. Post session he provides a quick recap, next steps and detailed summary so my daughter can go over these in her own time and if needed cover anything in the next session. My daughter's confidence and marks have improved, and she is not scared to go to classes and take up the next challenge. The tutor session is for one hour, but he always goes past the hour if the topic he is discussing has not been completed and understood - a sign of a good teacher.

My year 13 son has really struggled with Psychology since the start of year 12. He has had a tutor since the end of Year 12, however with the exams approaching we felt that he really needed an extra push, and different learning strategies. Kam has been working with him since the Christmas break, and is very knowledgeable both on the content and the exam technique and my son is really getting the benefit of this and feeling a lot more confident as the exam season draws near. He really feels these lessons with Kam will make a big difference on his final grade. We are very happy that we made the decision to get additional support, and that Kam was able to accommodate a weekly lesson so late into the academic year. Thank you.

I feel very lucky that we have found Kam as a tutor for my daughter for Psychology. Initially I was looking for in-person sessions but have found the online sessions very effective and are obviously much more convenient. Kam has an excellent subject knowledge and is very efficient and responds quickly to all communications. He has a calm and encouraging approach and my daughter is finding the sessions very beneficial. I would unreservedly recommend him as a tutor.

Kam has been working with my year 13 son since September, helping him with his Psychology A-Level. My son lacked motivation and consistency. He also struggled to plan his time appropriately before tests so I was concerned about how he would manage in the run up to his A-Levels. Kam has been a huge help getting my son organised and he is now working harder. Kam is clearly very knowledgeable both on the subject matter and exam technique and this is helping significantly. My son is getting consistently higher grades in tests and is much more motivated. Kam has shown flexibility around illnesses / school commitments which has been much appreciated. Kam is an excellent teacher. My son has just received his A level results and gone up by 3 points from his last mocks!! Never thought that would be possible but am also not surprised as Kam is brilliant. He is very structured in his approach and asks the right questions to assess the pupil’s knowledge and encourage critical thinking, while also building the pupil’s confidence. He is reliable and professional. We have started tution for my son with equqas board psychology and already we can see improvement in my son’s psychology concepts and confidence levels. Kam is extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, clear, and constructive. He has managed to reignite my daughter's interest in Sociology in just a few sessions. He has helped her to expand and clarify her understanding of subject areas but also improve her understanding of what is required by examiners to achieve higher grades.
