I highly recommend Debra. She is a lovely lady who offered my daughter friendly, reliable, high quality teaching in A level history for the last 3 months before her exams. She even prepared stuff and looked over her work outside of the actual lesson time. My daughter's confidence and understanding vastly improved - now we only have to wait and see the result.

My son has had 2sessions and we are really pleased. Debra seems very experienced and is really competent at teaching dyslexic children. She is really challenging my son. She has been able to find the gaps in his knowledge and is targeting them to strengthen his performance. We would definitely recommend from what I have seen so far.

Debra has been helping our son learn and practice his English and Verbal Reasoning, in preparation for forthcoming entrance exams at both Grammar and Independent Schools nearby. We have nothing but praise for her work with our son. First and foremost is her approachable interpersonal style, which meant that our son has looked forward to each weekly lesson, and never once has he grumbled about 'weekend lessons'. We are now 6 months in to our lessons with Debra, and I'm so pleased that we found a tutor who we think is ideal for our son, and through the weekly post lesson feedback keep us well informed of our son's progress and areas for further development. All in all, I would wholeheartedly recommend Debra as a tutor for your child if they are looking to sit Y7 entrance exams. Whatever the outcome of the exams for our son, I would not wish for any other tutor.

Debra was highly professional, very structured, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We were not able to work with her long term because of a scheduling conflict, but I would certainly ask to work with her again.
