Hello, I'm Liam! I'm a passionate and experienced primary teacher with over 11 years of experience helping children to grow in confidence and achieve their full potential. I believe learning should be engaging, enjoyable and tailored to every child's individual needs. I pride myself on building positive relationships with both children and parents, creating a calm and supportive environment where children feel confident to learn and ask questions. Whether your child needs extra support, greater challenge or preparation for an important assessment, I am committed to helping them succeed and develop a lifelong love of learning.

I have extensive teaching experience across the whole primary phase, having taught children from Year 1 to Year 6. Throughout my career, I have led whole-school developments in subjects including Computing, Languages, Reading, Spoken Language, English and Music, alongside successfully completing the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL). I have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum, assessment and statutory testing, enabling me to tailor learning to help every child reach their full potential.

I have successfully supported children through Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 SATs, the Year 1 Phonics Screening Check, with pupils achieving full marks, and entrance examinations. As Deputy Headteacher, I now lead whole-school improvement, working closely with staff to raise standards in teaching and learning. This breadth of experience allows me to provide high-quality, personalised tutoring that builds both confidence and achievement.

I provide a supportive, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive. By adapting each session to suit a child's individual needs, strengths and learning style, I help build confidence while making learning engaging, accessible and enjoyable. My aim is to help children make accelerated progress and develop a positive attitude towards learning.
