I'm a trainee teacher with three years of experience working as a 1:1 teaching assistant and support worker, helping students with a wide range of learning needs and abilities. I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology, which has given me a strong understanding of how children learn and develop. As a bilingual Italian speaker, I enjoy helping students build confidence in languages, and I currently tutor Italian, French, English and Maths. My aim is to create a positive, encouraging environment where every student feels capable of making progress.

Over the past three years, I have supported pupils across different year groups, delivering personalised 1:1 support and adapting lessons to suit individual learning styles. Alongside my classroom experience, I am completing my teacher training and am on track to achieve my PGCE by this time next year. This combination of practical experience and current training means I have a strong understanding of the curriculum, effective teaching strategies, and how to help students reach their full potential.

I believe learning should be enjoyable, engaging and memorable. I use plenty of repetition to help knowledge stick, alongside interactive techniques such as flashcards, retrieval practice and creative activities that keep students motivated. I enjoy thinking outside the box to find approaches that work for each individual learner, helping them build confidence while making steady, lasting progress.
