Every student learns differently, which is why I tailor my teaching to the individual. However, all of my lessons are built around the core skills required by the AQA and Edexcel A-level Economics specifications: analysis (understanding and explaining economic theory), application (using theory to interpret real-world events), and evaluation (recognising limitations, weighing evidence, and reaching well-supported judgements).

Too many students complete two years of A-level Economics without ever developing a clear understanding of how to demonstrate these skills effectively in an exam. As a result, they often know the theory but struggle to apply it and evaluate it in the way examiners expect, limiting their final grades.

My approach is designed to change that. By combining a strong understanding of economic theory with contemporary real-world examples and regular exam practice, I help students develop the confidence and exam technique needed to achieve their full potential.
