As I said above, I have been tutoring since 2015. I have taught KS3, KS4 and occasionally KS3 and adult learners. I have worked in schools, at the student's home and occasionally at my home. I also provide a hybrid model of teaching with some face to face and some online.

I don't have a fixed approach to tutoring as each student has different needs, but I tend to:

• Support the school curriculum to enhance confidence and support the school's objectives
• Bias the tutoring towards practical problem solving with use of example sheets, past papers and Online learning systems (eg Sparx)
• Provide focussed revision support leading up to exams and/or mocks
• Instil a generic approach to maths problem solving rather than rout learning approaches.

I am happy to provide and mark homework if required.
